STEP 1. CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCT

STEP 2. CALCULATE YOUR SHIPPING
First, please read carefully our shipping policies in the SHIPPING section on the FAQ page in the SHIPPING section in order to be aware of our shipping policies.
If you agree with how we work, please check out our shipping calculator by clicking on the « CALCULATE SHIPPING » button and type in your address. Our system will automatically calculate your shipping cost based on total product weight and will inform you about our international carriers option. Please note that shipping and taxes will be calculated at checkout but you can have a quick view here on what your shipping costs will be.
When you are satisfied with your order and shipping costs then please click the « CHECK OUT » button and please fill in the contact information and shipping address form.
STEP 3. CHOOSE YOUR CARRIER
If you have not done so yet, please carefully read our shipping policies in the SHIPPING section on the FAQ page to be aware of our shipping policies and will give you important information about taxes and customs fees.
Again, if you agree with how we work, please choose your carrier. Depending on the weight and number of your item(s), the shipping method and carriers may vary but here are your main options :
- surface mail | by boat - non-tracked, non-insured, 30 to 90 days
- economy shipping (flatpack only) - non-tracked, non-insured, 9 to 30 days
- epacket light - tracked, 9 to 20 days

express shipping (EMS) - tracked, insured, 2 to 5 days
Please choose which carrier will best fit your needs and click on the « PROCEED TO CHECKOUT » button. Please fill out and verify your « BILLING ADDRESS », « SHIPPING ADDRESS » and « YOUR ORDER » before proceeding to payment. And that’s it, you have nothing else to worry about!
STEP 4. WAIT FOR YOUR PACKAGE
Check your email! You will soon receive an email with your order confirmation, indicating that your transaction is successful.
The rest is up to us!
We will carefully pack your spices, choose your spice box and send it to you in the next two business days. Of course, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you as well, so please check your email!

Note that depending on the carrier you’ve selected, the tracking number may not be included. Only orders sent by registered or express shipping are trackable. Orders sent by economy shipping do not include a tracking number.
